By using PDF Suite, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use PDF Suite to:

• Process files containing illegal content
• Violate any copyright or intellectual property rights
• Attack, overload, or disrupt our infrastructure
• Bypass any usage limits or restrictions

Service availability

We aim for high availability but make no guarantees. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss, business interruption, or damages arising from your use of the service.

File limits

Free tier limits: maximum file size 50MB per file, up to 3 conversions per day (subject to change). Files are automatically deleted within 1 hour of upload.

Your content

You retain all rights to your files. We process them solely to provide the service you requested. We do not claim ownership over any content you upload.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
